House Rules

One house per account. Each account can only own one house at a time. Shared access. All characters on the owner's account can freely enter and use the house (doors, items, beds). Owner privileges. Only the character who purchased the house can manage the guest list (aleta sio), subowner list (aleta som), sell (!sellhouse) or leave (!leavehouse) the house. Rent. Rent is charged every 14 days from the owner character's bank balance. Unpaid rent. If the owner cannot pay, all characters on the account will receive a warning letter and a message upon login. After 2 days without payment, the house is lost. Banned owner. If the owner character's account is permanently banned or temporarily banned for more than 30 days, the house is automatically removed. Lost house items. When a house is lost, all items inside are sent to the owner character's inbox. Character transfers. If a character is sold, deleted, or otherwise removed from the account, they immediately lose access to the house.

Every morning during global server save there is automatic house cleaning. Server delete house owners who have not logged in last days or have not paid house rent. Remember to leave money for a rent in depo in same city where you have house!
